Digital Hospital Operations & Patient Experience Platform

One ticket, three surfaces. A patient raises a request from the bed QR code, a staff member works it on a phone in the corridor, and management watches response times and workload in real time. Pick a surface below, or view them side by side to follow a single ticket across all three.

What changed in this revision

  • Patient app sections renamed — Cleaning is now Housekeeping, Nursing help is Nursing, Reception is Front Office, and Billing & Insurance has been added as its own section. Medicines is unchanged.
  • New two-step patient flow — tap a section, see its full option list, tap an option, then add an optional comment and photo and submit. Nothing is pre-selected.
  • Personal Care Items under Nursing opens its own sub-list (soap, tissue, toothbrush, diaper, Other).
  • "Other" opens a required text box in both apps, so a free-text request still carries a description.
  • Staff Raise rebuilt for 22 departments — searchable department list, any staff member can raise to any department regardless of their own, then the option list for that department, then comment and photo.
  • Admin masters updated — the Departments master now holds all 22 with their supervisors, groups and default SLAs.

One ticket, followed across the three apps

PatientRaises itRoom 308 scans the bed QR, taps Housekeeping, then Bathroom cleaning, adds a photo. Target 10 minutes.
StaffReceives itRamesh K. gets it in his Ward 3B queue with a live countdown. He can accept, hold with a reason, or hand over.
StaffBreaches itNine minutes past target. The app escalates to supervisor Anitha D., who sees Ramesh holds 7 of 14 jobs and reassigns.
AdminLearns from itManagement sees the breach live, and that Room 308's AC has failed four times in nine days — replace, not repair.

Built on the existing Gramosoft enterprise ticketing engine: multi-level categorisation, threaded conversation, SLA policies with escalation, workflow automation and agent analytics. The hospital-specific additions are bed-level QR intake, per-request-type SLA targets, structured hold reasons and repeat-fault detection.
